Private Training

 EPS Athletes Private Training Program is the flag ship of this facility. 

All programs are individualized and consisted of optimizing strength and conditioning the full ranges of motion for sport specific activities and everyday life.

Learn the truth behind physical and mental health as it pertains to stress management.

In person training is done one to three times per week with extra assignments to be done on "OFF" days. 

This program is based off 16 years of sport science research and application and is most certainly not for everyone. Not in terms of intensity, but in terms of commitment.
