Private S&C Program

Our group training athletes follow a seasonal program developed by Head Coach Ethan Ostermeyer. Every 12 weeks our athletes work on achieving personal best in the following.

Summer - One Rep Max on the Deadlift, Max Reps on Hardstyle Pull-ups, and Running a 5k. 

Fall - One Rep Max on the Turkish Get-up, Kettlebell Snatch Test, and Farmers Carry for Distance. 

Winter - A powerlifting style Push-Pull Meet(one rep on bench and deadlift), and a Prowler Push for Max time. 

Spring - One rep on the Back Squat, Max Reps Push-ups, and a one mile Sprint. 

This program is currently only accepting athletes with experience in those movements and require a minimum of 6-month commitment.
