Improve performance with strategic programming

Classes are based on methodical, periodized programming designed for progression. Led by an expert coach, each class aims to improve your body’s usable range of motion, control, strength, and overall fitness. 


Each class begins with Kinstretch—a science-based system that primes the body and enhances movement—followed by varied strength and conditioning programming.

When we say we have an awesome atmosphere at EPS Athletes, we’re not being dramatic. We’ve heard it time and time again. Be part of our motivating, inclusive community of weekend warriors, former athletes, and everyday people of various ages. Our coaches always offer progressions and modifications to accommodate and challenge different ability levels.
